What data do we collect?
The quote request form collects the following information: name, company, email, phone, and the content of your message.
This information is provided voluntarily by you when you submit a request and is necessary in order to respond to it. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*) directly in the form; the other fields are optional.

Who has access to your data?
- EKKIRENT (Romain Rippoz): handles your request manually by email.
- OVH SAS: website hosting (technical processor).
- Google LLC: website audience measurement via Google Analytics, only if you have given your consent (processor, subject to your choice on the cookie banner).
No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long do we keep your data?
- Quote request with no contractual follow-up: 3 years from your last contact or reply.
- Request leading to a contract: data relating to the performance of the contract is kept for 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship, corresponding to the civil limitation period for contractual matters.
- Commercial and accounting documents (invoices): kept for 10 years.
- Data from Google Analytics: kept for a maximum of 13 months.
Your rights
You have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. You also have the right to set guidelines regarding what happens to your data after your death.

We respond within a maximum of one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), if you believe your rights are not being respected.
